Refunds and cancellation

Nothing is for sale right now. There is no payment form anywhere on this site. This page describes what will happen when there is one, so you can read it before it matters.

If you change your mind after paying, you get your money back. This page says when and how, in plain words.

Seven days, no reason needed

Within seven days of paying you can cancel without giving a reason. Write to the address below with your order number. If what you got was different from what we advertised, you have three months from the day you noticed.

The whole game is already free

The only thing sold here keeps your past runs around for longer. Playing, replaying and reviewing every run is free and stays free. So you are always standing on the free thing before you decide to pay for more of it. That is why we do not say "digital goods are non-refundable". Under Korean law that limit only holds if you were given a way to try first, and here the trying is the whole game.

What winning never costs

We do not sell anything that changes who wins a game. Everyone gets the same shop, the same pieces and the same rules, whether or not they ever paid us. If that ever stops being true, it will be written here first.

• 결제일로부터 7일 안에는 이유를 묻지 않고 철회하실 수 있습니다.
• 광고와 다른 내용이었다면 그 사실을 안 날부터 3개월 안에 철회하실 수 있습니다.
• 파는 것은 지난 판을 더 오래 보관하는 것뿐이고, 게임과 복기 자체는 전부 무료입니다. 그래서 "디지털이라 환불이 안 된다"는 말을 쓰지 않습니다.
• 결제하신 수단으로 되돌려 드리며, 카드는 카드사 일정에 따라 며칠 걸릴 수 있습니다.
• 승패에 영향을 주는 것은 팔지 않습니다.
